3 Fastest Ways to Find 100 Warm Leads in 30 Minutes (Without Cold DMs)

You're not a 12 year old Steve Jobs

In partnership with

When 12 year old Steve Jobs cold-called the co-founder of HP, he was appreciated. And got an internship :-)

Try doing cold-anything now, and you’d likely get abused two out of 10 times.

(If your DM starts with "Hey, I noticed you..." the recipient has already mentally blocked you.)

But warm leads?

People who already engaged with content like yours?

That’s a bit different in my experience.

Here are 3 quick methods to find leads who are already interested. 👇

Hack #1: The Twitter Liker Collector

People who like tweets about your topic are literally raising their hand saying "I care about this."

Here's how to find them:

  1. Go to PhantomBuster (they have a free tier)

  2. Select "Twitter Liker Collector" workflow

  3. Find 5 viral tweets in your niche (10K+ likes from accounts your ICP follows e.g. for ligosocial.com → Justin Welsh’s followers)

  4. Export everyone who liked those tweets

  5. You now have a list of warm leads with their handles, bios, and sometimes emails

Why this works: These aren't random people. They already showed interest in your exact topic. Your outreach goes from "who the hell are you" to "oh, you're in that space too."

What to do with the list: Follow them, engage with their content for a week, THEN reach out. Warm → hot.
(Twitter is great at that because it has a built-in “Lists” feature. LinkedIn doesn’t have that but ligoai.com will solve this problem. Our LinkedIn Lists feature is launching next week).

Hack #2: The LinkedIn Engagement Miner

Same concept, different platform.

  1. Find 3-5 viral LinkedIn posts in your niche (posts with 500+ comments)

  2. Click "View all comments"

  3. Look for people who wrote thoughtful comments (for automation you can filter by comment length)

  4. Check their profiles - do they match your ICP?

  5. Connect with a personalized note referencing the conversation

Why this works: LinkedIn's comment section is basically a curated list of engaged professionals who care about your topic. And unlike followers, commenters are active.

(Pro tip: Sort by "Most Relevant" to find the people LinkedIn's algorithm thinks are important.)

Time investment: 20 minutes → 15-20 qualified prospects

Easy setup, easy money

Making money from your content shouldn’t be complicated. With Google AdSense, it isn’t.

Automatic ad placement and optimization ensure the highest-paying, most relevant ads appear on your site. And it literally takes just seconds to set up.

That’s why WikiHow, the world’s most popular how-to site, keeps it simple with Google AdSense: “All you do is drop a little code on your website and Google AdSense immediately starts working.”

The TL;DR? You focus on creating. Google AdSense handles the rest.

Hack #3: The Reddit Interest Radar

Reddit is an underrated goldmine. People literally describe their problems in painful detail.

  1. Find 3-5 subreddits where your customers hang out
(You can use gummysearch, f5bot, etc. but I’ve lately preferred just booking a daily reddit calendar slot and doing a manual reddit sprint)

  2. Search for pain-point keywords ("struggling with," "anyone know how to," "frustrated by")

  3. Read the posts. These people are TELLING you what they need.

  4. If it's relevant: drop a helpful comment (no pitch). Check their profile. Some have Twitter/LinkedIn in bio.

  5. Add to your warm lead list.

Why this works: Reddit users who post about problems are actively looking for solutions. That's not a cold lead-that's someone standing in front of your store, confused about whether to come in.

Don't do: "Hey, I saw your Reddit post about X. Want to buy my thing?"
(You'll get flamed into oblivion.)

Do: Be helpful. Build familiarity. Then reach out on a different platform.

Whenever you're ready, here's how I can help with your business:

Ligosocial.com - Get your Linkedin second brain & your next 3 LinkedIn posts in less than 5 minutes. Try here: ligosocial.com.

Pick my brain - 30-minute paid session (discuss anything related to marketing with me).

→ Follow me on YouTube, LinkedIn, Medium and Twitter/X.

Cheers,

Junaid

P.S: I’ve been experimenting with a few ways to increase open rates on email campaigns; will share the methods in a month or so, once i have more data.

(You need to subtract 10 to 15% from all since that’s usually “auto-opens” from tools).
