Ciao! (Yes, I’m back with the same joke)

Only read further if you've ever:

  • Spent hours analyzing PDF reports

  • Wished AI could actually understand those fancy charts

  • Wondered why the hell AI keeps saying "I see a graph but can't interpret it"

Claude got an upgrade. It can finally see.

I know, I know, too many Claude updates. And no, they have not hired me as an affiliate … yet. But anyways.

Claude can see. I mean actually see - not just detect that there's an image and skip past it. I tested it with Twilio's Q4 earnings report (video linked below), and it didn't just read the text - it analyzed the trends, interpreted the graphs, and connected data points across different visuals. Pretty neat for something that was basically chart-blind last week.

If you’re still using ChatGPT after this, I don’t want to talk to you.

The Secret to Product-Market Fit

Speaking of progress, here's where we are with LiGo. We crossed 250 users in our first month, which is great! (even more so because we have spent $0 on marketing so far)

But the interesting part isn't the number - it's what we learned getting there.

See, there's this critical moment in every user's journey - when they configure their content theme correctly and suddenly see their own thoughts reflected back, but structured better. Like having a conversation with yourself, but your other self is really good at LinkedIn posts.

We call this the "aha moment."

And in my opinion: this is the secret to the elusive “Product-Market Fit”.

If you can get your users to experience the ‘aha moment’ within a minute, they will stick around. If not, well …

Right now, with LiGo, too many users are hitting what designers call the "blank canvas" problem during theme configuration. You know that moment when someone says "write whatever you want" and your mind goes completely blank? That.

What we learned:

  1. Time to "aha" = Time to value

  2. A blank canvas is not freedom - it's paralysis

  3. Sometimes you need to ask more questions to give better answers

What we're doing about it: Building a questionnaire that helps surface your unique perspectives. Think of it as speed dating with your own thoughts. Quick, focused questions that help you articulate what you actually want to say.

Here’s a sneak peak of what we’re up to. Yes, this too was generated with Claude.

Next milestone: Getting users to that "aha moment" in under 5 minutes. Ambitious? Yes. Necessary? Absolutely.

Quick Updates:

  • The LiGo blog is live! (Yes, we're using AI to optimize our blog posts for SEO. More on that process soon).

  • We turned LiGo’s Post Rewrite feature into a publicly accessible free tool. You can try it out here.

  • Video content sprint incoming. I've got some interesting ideas cooking - if you’re not already subscribed on YouTube, this is your cue: Do it now.

Ciao for now!

P.S. Have you ever experienced that "blank canvas" problem? Hit reply and let me know how you deal with it. I read every response!
